Days To Remember G's Blog

This morning I had the boys create board games for their God and Me booklet (it is for boy scouts).  We had finished all our school work so we decided to try and finish up this workbook so they can earn their God and Me award.  So the last thing is to make a board game and answer questions to what you learned.  So I had 30 questions for them that went along with their games.  They could design their board any way they wanted to.  After they were done, we played each others game.  They did a fabulous job and they are so creative.  Hezekiah's game was called Ant Farm and he made little ants as his game pieces.  He even had squares labeled as what to do with g (for go again), f with a number (go forward so many spaces), and b (for back so many spaces).  Eli had in his boxes how many spaces you would have to move back or if you lost a turn.  He had set it up that if you got to space 15, you had to go back to start and so forth.  He thought it was sooooo funny!  Eli's game was called Robber Chase and he made little Robbers and Policemen as his game pieces.  I told him that I hope God catches those robbers and changes their hearts! 

They had so much fun and so did I!
