Eli's sensitive ears

Maggie Beth came home from school yesterday and was singing a song her friend Alice taught her....

"Mrs. Mary Mack, Mack, Mack

All dressed in black, black, black

Her asked her mother, mother, mother,

For fifty cents, cents, cents,

So she could watch the elephant, elephant, elephant,

Jump over the fence, fence, fence....."

So the singing of the song continued........and continued.......and continued......until I knew the song and until Eli was a little over it hearing it..........

So he asked Maggie Beth to stop singing it in the car, she obliged, but sang it in a whisper.

Now granted they sit right next to each other in our Envoy.

Eli says in a overly reactive, in a Napoleon Dynamite type of way, "Maggie, you know my ears are super sensitive and I can still hear you singing that!"
