It has been about 4 years since we have been to Sea World, a few things have changed in that time. There is a taller crowd I take there with me, that taller (at least 2 of the 3) crowd can now ride the Kraken and Manta. There are also a couple new to us rides/shows. We got to experience Turtle Trek and Antarctica.
By the way if you did not already know Sea World gives teachers a year pass and right now they are having buy one pass get one pass free, so that was a wonderful savings!
Since Maggie is still a few inches short to ride Manta, Page took the boys on this cool roller coaster. They loved it!
These penguins were too funny, Eli was pretending he was the penguins behind the first one in line, he said, "Hey, dude like are you going to like jump or what?"
At turtle trek we checked out the manatees and sea turtles. This pass is awesome because the kids are studying marine science this year. Works out perfect with home school!
We also got to see the Shamu show. We were in the soak zone, but somehow did not get soaked. I ran to make sure I did not get wet.
Maggie got a Shamu, she had been saving her money and I took her to the toy store yesterday. She did not find anything to spend her money on and I told her that we were going to Sea World and she might find something she would like there. She looked and looked and found something in her price range a baby Shamu!
