The Alley in the Sun

I absolutely love these photos in the alley way.

I love the fun poses Maggie Beth made.......she is so funny!

Eli takes his modeling a bit more serious....

I absolutely love this shot of Hezekiah, but oh.....he looks so much older than he is....

Then we get his serious side.........

....then his usual crazy side.

And these of Magpie, I just adore the joy it seems to just radiate from her.

Aqua Door, Under the Bridge

While some children are at an age where smiling for a photo is an easy task, others are still at an age of making faces......

silly faces.........that being Maggie Beth.

Oh, she cracks me up!

Apparently there was a time when my mom took me to get professional photos done (back in the day)

and that is all I did the whole time too.......perhaps she gets that from me!

Grey Cobble Stones

Posted by Unknown | | Posted On at 6:21 PM

Thursday evening we went downtown under the railroad tracks on the grey cobblestones to capture some pictures of our babies........but I just look at these pictures and realize that they are growing up right before my eyes.

To capture these moments, these precious faces, is something I will not regret.

I want to remember them.

Eli's art work.

An idea all his own.

We are going to print these photos and create him a name frame.

Nap time -- it still happens for now........

Posted by Unknown | | Posted On Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 10:18 AM

Someone still takes a nap.........not all days, but most days.

I know soon there will be a day that there will be no more naps........they will be outgrown.

Perhaps soon........but......til then.....

I want to remember waking her up from naps, I need to hide these special times in my heart and mind.

On a sweet day, I get to peek in on that sleeping beauty, above is what I see.

A perfect little profile, so content, resting so peacefully.

I like to gently wake her on those days she is asleep,

I love to kiss her little cheeks gently.

Sometimes it is a bit rough waking up, but this day..........Maggie Beth noticed I had a camera to capture the moment.

The moment of a little bug all snug in a blankie, over her little curls.

The grumpy wake up face turned into a sweet smile.

Oh, Magpie, oh how I love you!

Enjoy, and sweet dreams my love.......sweet dreams.
