Old Man's Cave was AMAZINGLY beautiful.  It was a land of ice and icicles.  It was cold, but not too cold.  The kids loved finding the ice on top of the water.  Large sheets of ice.  They had seen some ice too in West Virginia when we stopped in Charleston for the night. To Maggie it looked like the land of Frozen.  It was such a fun hike with rock bridges, beautiful little water falls, icicles hanging from ledges.  The kids ran off adventuring on the hike exploring every nook and cranny.

This area looked like a Star Wars set for Tatooine. I am sure there were Wookies in that forest too.

 This bridge was extremely cool!

Maggie kept these icicles in the cooler, they finally melted.  I warned her that they would.  Her and Eli also had a collection of rocks that they kept.
