Snow in Melbourne, Florida 2014

Posted by Unknown | | Posted On Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 10:30 AM

School was delayed 2 hours this morning.
Look what we woke up to.......snow.
In Melbourne, Florida of all places!
This should have been on national news.

It is the only place where shells meet snow.

Too bad it was not real snow.
I know there are three kids in this house who would like to see and visit snow again.  But fake snow will do for now.  It pretty much looks like the real thing without melting.
And it feels like the real thing too, it is cold.

I think it is now time for some hot chocolate!
Enjoy your snow day!

Hezekiah's Baptism

This past Sunday, Page had the privilege of baptizing Hezekiah.  Hezekiah had asked Page to baptize him while we were over at Legoland for his birthday.  A very blessed day to remember.  We are thankful for you Hezekiah, and even more thankful that you know the Lord as your Savior!

Animal Kingdom 1/6

After our Safari we went to Dinoland and road Dinosaur, Primeval whirl, and the Triceratops.

Next stop was Mt. Everest.  This was a first for Maggie as was Primeval Whirl.  Her face was awesome on Mt. Everest.  She said to me, "I can't even raise my hands mommy it is going so fast."  It was awesome.  I still can picture her face in my mind.  I loved it!

Animal Kingdom 1/6

Sunday after we took down our campsite we went to Animal Kingdom to see the Lion King show, to see the Gorillas, and to go on a African safari.

I love going on the safari, I love seeing the animals and I think how awesome it would really be to actually be in Africa.  But as for now this is as close as I can get.  So, I will just imagine that I am there.  Page got some really great photos of the animals.
